This is a very special dress made from a cotton windowpane weave, with a neckline ruffle made from antique cotton trim that is repeated at the hemline .The high waistline has a pink silk belt that ties in back and matches the bows on each shoulder. The dress was inspired by a turn of the century painting of a sweet girl and her puppy. Low calf to ankle length.
